The Crew Room & Private Hire
The Crew Room seats up to x 14 guests on two large adjoing tables, with a further two tables of two as it is. It can be used for group dining, or for every day use (One table of x8, One table of x 6 and two tables of x 2). Exclusive use of this room up to a maximum of x 24 guests can be arranged with no hire charge fee, subject to availability & numbers.
Numbers over this require the private hire of the restaurant, for exclusive use.
Please note that for group bookings of 8 people or more we require credit card details at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel, we just ask that cancellations are received at least 24hours prior to your booking. Any cancellations later than 24hrs or no shows will be charged £10 per person on the card details provided at the time of booking.
Group bookings of 12 people or more we require credit card details at the time of booking & a choice of one of the following dining options:
1. A La Carte Menu – Pre order of food choices is required – received a minimum of three days in advance of the reservation so the kitchen can prepare and order accordingly. Should you need to cancel, we just ask that cancellations are received at least 24hours prior to your booking. Any cancellations later than 24hrs or no shows will be charged £10 per person on the card details provided at the time of booking.
2. Chefs Sharing Menu (of varying prices from £35-£95pp) – No pre order required. Selection of dishes (shared starter, shared main & choice of three individual desserts) chosen on the day by our chefs and presented down the middle of the table to share. This can be a wonderful way to experience The Little Gloster as everyone gets to try a little something of everything. The sharing menus change with the seasons and availability of local produce. (Minimum x 12 guests).
Cancellations of tables of x 12 or more booked on the Chefs Sharing Menu, require five days notice, otherwise 50% of the menu chosen, will be charged per person.
Please note that the table reserved for you will only accommodate the number of guests specified at the time of booking. Any increase to numbers must be advised in advance, as it may not always be possible to accommodate your request unfortunately.
We can cater for all dietary requirements. Please call the restaurant in advance of your reservation should you wish to discuss your menu choices.

Everything is made fresh to order, so we are able to accommodate any specific ideas you may have, as well as special dietary requirements.
For weddings & celebrations, The Little Gloster offers two options for dining: a Chef’s Sharing Menu or our A La Carte Menu. With no pre order required, the Chef’s Sharing Menus are becoming increasingly popular; a selection of fresh, unique and memorable dishes are presented down the middle of the table to share, a wonderful way to experience The Little Gloster.
Our alternative dining option is to pre-order from our seasonal A La Carte menu. Working with your ideas and budget, a meeting with one of our chefs would be arranged within the planning process and a personalised menu will be created.
The wine list is interesting, comprising of over 90% organic wines, and as part of the planning process, we will recommend wine matches/suggestions for your meal, working to your budget.
The cocktail and drinks list encompasses the same philosophy as the food and wine menu, which is well thought out and delivered, focusing on the seasons.
The Little Gloster offers three beautiful rooms onsite decorated in simple Scandinavian seaside elegance, all of which have sea views. All rooms feature king sized beds, Egyptian cotton bedding & Nespresso coffee machines.
The Little Gloster event team will manage your occasion with a personal touch. From formal dining to informal gatherings, wine pairings and those special finishing touches, Ben, Holly and their team will ensure every last detail is catered for.
When booking the venue exclusively for a Wedding, hire of the venue is required all day, due to the time required to prepare for the function, both front of house and in the kitchen. Full day hire fees for 2017 begin at £1,000.
