The Crew Room

The Crew Room & Private Hire

The Crew Room is the perfect spot for family lunches, birthday celebrations or corporate entertaining. Segregated from the restaurant by an open bookcase with a view of our open kitchen, exclusive use of this room is available for groups up to a maximum of 20 guests, with no hire fee.  Numbers over this require the private hire of the restaurant for exclusive use, either on a half-day or full-day basis. 

Group Dining Options

Lunch - Arriving 12:00 for drinks, seated at 12:30 (available until 17:00)      OR Arriving 14:00 for drinks, seated at 14:30 (available until 17:00)

 

Dinner - Arriving 18:00 for drinks, seated at 18:30 (available until 23:00) OR Arriving 20:00 for drinks, seated at 20:30 (available until 23:00)

 

For group reservations  of 10+ we have two options for dining:

1. The Little Gloster Sharing Menu (from £35) – no pre-order required.      

A selection of dishes (shared starter, amuse, main, sides & dessert) presented down the middle of the table to share, family style.  This can be a wonderful way to experience The Little Gloster as everyone gets to try a little something of everything.  We just ask that guests are informed of any special dietary requirements and if there are any ingredients that the party do not want included on their menu.  At lunch (only) this is available at a reduced price of £30 for two courses (either starter, amuse, main & sides, or Main, sides & dessert).

 

2. Pre order off a selection of our A La Carte Dishes (menu would be sent out to you approximately two weeks prior). Menu to be circulated amongst your guests and a pre order supplied to us approx three days in advance of the reservation ,so the kitchen can prepare & order accordingly.

Speciality Produce

Additional speciality dishes/items, including oysters, iow lobster, iow crab, scallops and any other premium items can also be arranged for you, providing we are given enough time to source these for you.  More premium menus such as Surf & Turf (Sharing Sirloins & Lobster etc) and specially created menus featuring your favourite items/ingredients are also available on request.

 

Dietary Requirements

Everything is made fresh, so we would be more than happy to help with any special or dietary requests your guests may have, so please just let us know if you would like us to speak to the kitchen for you before any bookings.

Confirmation of Group Reservations 

We just require card details to secure the reservation. Should you need to cancel or amend the group reservation, we just ask that we are informed at least 24 hours prior to your booking.  Any group cancellations later than 24 hours or no shows will be charged £10 per person on the card details provided.
