FRESH PASTA WORKSHOPS

Who doesn’t love fresh pasta? And what better way to learn, than with friends, in our cosy lille cabin.

​

Learn the art of fresh pasta making using only semolina and water and experience how simple and fast pasta-making can really be.

​

Passionate about working with regenerative food growers and small producers who prioritise landcare and animal welfare, your host Holly will be using only the best seasonal and organic ingredients available.

​

We will master how to make the simplest egg-free/vegan pasta dough, which we will turn into six different shapes – filling you with the confidence to continue your pasta making journey at home with family & friends.

​

With tea/coffee or a delicious INTUNE Sparkling Natural CBD drink on arrival & olives & antipasti to enjoy throughout the class – this interactive workshop is the perfect day/night out with your partner, friends, family or colleagues.

  

In addition to mastering the art of rolling & shaping your fresh dough, we will also learn how to make two seasonal pasta sauces, culminating in a delicious candlelit lunch/dinner featuring your pasta creations.

Our pasta workshops make a great gift, a unique date, team-building activity, or an experience that leaves you with a new fun skill to share with your family & friends.


Class sizes are a minimum of x 2 and limited to x 4
