A natural born chef & teacher, Ben's enthusiasm and passion for his trade is infectious.

He travelled the world cooking, working on some of the worlds most prestigious super yachts before owning and running his award winning restaurant for ten years on the Isle of Wight, where he lives with his wife and two young sons.

After closing the restaurant in 2020, to have a better work life balance, Ben & his wife Holly both work on various food and teaching projects.

Passionate about working with regenerative food growers and small producers who prioritise landcare and animal welfare, Ben is on a mission to start a food revolution to help people go back to basics and eat as naturally as possible, and remove or significantly reduce processed foods in their diets.

Ben created this three day reset to help his brother start his drug recovery journey and has seen first hand - the true power of food as medicine. Three years on, his brother is thriving.

He has used the reset several times himself which helped eliminate his food allergies and pin point what he can and can't eat.
